What are perfume dupes?
A perfume dupe is a fragrance that closely replicates the scent profile of popular luxury of designer perfumes, typically offered at a much more affordable price.

Are Jannah Fragrances perfume dupes long-lasting?
Yes, our perfume dupes are blended using high-quality ingredients and are all extrait de parfum strength. This means that the oil concentration level is between 35%-45% of the total blend. This ensures long lasting performace comparable to the original designer scents. Note, some perfume which have dominating notes like citrus, herbal and fruity will naturally have reduced longetivity due to quicker evaporation rate. Where a perfume has woody, resins or gourmand dominating notes will have a much longer longetivity.

Does the high oil content make the perfumes unsuitable for use on clothing?

Due to the high concentration level of oil in our blends, we strongly advise you to test the spray on skin prior to applying on clothing. We advise spraying approximately 30cm - 40cm away from clothing to prevent stains. Some sprays do have a darker colour so please be aware that spraying on light coloured clothing may still cause stain.

Do Jannah Fragrances smell exactly like the original perfumes?
Our fragrances aims to closely match original brands. These will vary for different perfumes and subject to personal sense. We do not claim exact replica of orginial blends but scents that will be a reminder of the orginal perfume inspired by.

Are your fragrances safe to use on sensitive skin?
Our perfumes are formulated to be safe for most skin types. However, we recommend conducting a patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

How quickly can I expect my Jannah Fragrances order to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days within the UK. We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

Can I return or exchange my perfume if I’m not satisfied?
Customers must email us within 24 hours of receiving their items (confirmed by tracking info) about any issues. After 24 hours, we reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges. Returns must be unused and in re-saleable condition. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Pictures may be required for returns or exchanges. Note that we do not accept returns or exchanges if the item is not to your style or liking; we offer discovery sets and sample packs for trying fragrances. Sample & Discovery sets are non-returnable as they are bespoke, made-to-order packs. For further details, please contact us via email.

Apply to pulse points (neck, wrists), moisturise beforehand, and avoid rubbing the scent in.

Shipping is free on orders over £50. Otherwise, a flat rate of £3.95 applies.
